摘 要:培养创新人才是各国高教的重要使命,欧美大学正在以科教协同方式培养创新人才。以讲座为主的科研引领型、以习明纳为主的科研导向型和以研究项目为载体的科研为本型科教协同育人模式,是这些国家大学中常见的创新人才培养模式。此外,德国企业面向大学提供毕业设计岗位,推动大学进行科研指导型科教协同育人模式。欧美大学的科教协同育人,得到了政府的政策支持、多方利益主体的经费支持和众多评估机构提供的质量保障。鉴于此,我国大学应从顶层设计行动化、组织结构系统化、资助形式多元化、育人模式深度化等方面入手,从“知识本位”循序渐进至“能力本位”模式,积极开展基于多元主体、跨学科思维的科教协同培养创新人才活动。Cultivating innovative talents is a crucial mission of higher education in various countries.Universities in Europe and America are actively fostering innovative talents through the integration of scientific research and education.There are several common models of talent cultivation through this integration in these universities:lecture-based research-led model;seminar-based research-oriented model;research-project-based model,which centers on scientific research through research projects.In addition,in Germany,enterprises provide thesis positions for university students,promoting a research-guided model of talent cultivation in universities.The integration of scientific research and education in European and American universities is supported by government policies,funding from multiple stakeholders,and quality assurance provided by numerous evaluation institutions.In light of this,universities in China should start with top-level design and action-oriented approaches,systematization of organizational structures,diversification of funding and deepening of talent cultivation models so that they should gradually shift from a“knowledge-based”to a“competency-based”model.They should actively engage in the cultivation of innovative talents through the integration of scientific research and education,based on a multi-stakeholder approach and interdisciplinary thinking.
