摘　　要：机器人辅助下的手术对手术室环境、布局、护理管理与配合等均提出了较高要求。本文对机器人辅助手术应用现状和优势、机器人辅助手术护理管理与团队建设进行综述,以此为依据分析男护士在机器人辅助手术护理中的优势,结合男护士的职业发展现状,以期为手术室构建机器人护理团队提供参考依据,提高护理管理者对男护士的职业发展与心理压力状况的重视,让男护士能够在护理岗位上发挥自身优势,促进护理服务质量的稳健发展。Robot assisted surgery places high demands on the operating room environment,layout,nursing management,and coordination.This article provides a review of the current application status,advantages,nursing management,and nursing team building of robot assisted surgery.Based on this,the advantages of male nurses in robot assisted surgery nursing are analyzed,and combined with the current career development status of male nurses,it is hoped to provide reference for the construction of nursing teams in robot assisted surgery,thereby increasing the attention of nursing managers to the professional development and psychological stress status of male nurses,and enabling male nurses to play to their own advantages in nursing positions.
