摘  要:【目的】高速干切滚齿是一种高效清洁的绿色制齿工艺。高速干切滚齿过程中高频交变切削载荷下加工系统强力振动严重影响加工效率和加工精度的问题亟待解决。【方法】鉴于此,基于正交试验,分析了不同工艺参数对滚齿过程振动特性的影响规律;提出滚齿振动综合指标,并建立了其与主轴转速与轴向进给速度之间的关系模型;在此基础上,构建了一种滚齿振动综合指标最优、切削时间最短的高速干切滚齿工艺参数优化模型。【结果】相对于原始切削条件,采用优化后的工艺参数可使切削时间降低26%、滚齿振动综合指标降低23%,并可提高被加工齿轮的尺寸精度。研究结果可为高效、高稳定性的高速干切滚齿工艺参数优选提供参考。[Objective]High-speed dry hobbing is an efficient and cleaner gear manufacturing technology.It is paramount to solve the serious vibration problem raised in the high-speed dry hobbing process under the high-frequent alternating cutting load,which is beneficial for improving productivity and machining accuracy.[Methods]To this end,an orthogonal test was performed to analyze the influence of process parameters on the hobbing vibration characteristics.Furthermore,a comprehensive indicator for evaluating the hobbing vibration was proposed,and the relation between this indicator and the spindle speed and the axial feed rate was developed.Based on this,a process parameter optimization model was constructed and oriented by the optimal vibration indicator and shortest cutting time.[Results]Compared to the original cutting conditions,the optimized cutting parameters enable the reductions of cutting time by 26%and vibration comprehensive indicator by 23%.Moreover,the dimensional accuracy of the machined gears can also be improved.The results can provide an important basis for the optimal selection of process parameters achieving the high-efficiency and high-stability high-speed dry hobbing.
