摘 要:针对现有智能风阀流量检测模型无法准确描述阀片角度和风流量之间关系的问题,基于伯努利方程分析阀片角度与流量系数之间的函数关系,由于风阀阀片的转动会不可避免地改变管道内的气流分布,阀片角度的改变将影响流量系数,进而在流量检测模型中加入阀片角度补偿,利用回归分析形成一种新的风阀流量检测模型,根据平均皮托管测得的压差和对应的风阀阀片角度即可计算得到风阀流量值。并提出一种参数获取方法,根据风阀的流量范围设定风机频率范围,利用最小二乘法拟合得到参量值,进行模型验证,若流量检测误差小于10%,则参量设定准确。基于智能风流量校准平台分别对直径为100,150 mm的圆形风阀和尺寸为200 mm×120 mm的方形风阀共3种型号的智能风阀进行试验验证,结果表明,基于新的流量检测模型,3种不同型号的智能风阀的最大流量检测误差分别是10%,6.1%和6.6%,在阀片角度为0°~70°的范围内,改变输入风量仍可以实现准确的流量检测,有效解决了现存的流量检测问题,证明了新构建的流量检测模型具有较好的可行性和普适性。流量检测的准确度将直接影响智能风阀的运行效果和流量控制的精确度,新模型的构建为变风量系统的精准控制和性能提升提供了技术支撑。In response to the problem that existing smart damper air flow measurement models cannot accurately describe the relationship between damper angle and air flow.Based on the Bernoulli equation to analyze the functional relationship between damper angle and flow coefficient.The rotation of the damper blade inevitably changes the airflow distribution inside the pipeline.The change in damper angle will affect the flow coefficient.The damper angle compensation is added to the flow measurement model.A new air flow measurement model is built using regression analysis.The flow value can be calculated based on the pressure difference measured by the average pitot tube and the corresponding damper angle.This paper proposes a parameter acquisition method,which sets the frequency range of the fan based on the flow range of the damper,fits the parameter values using the least squares method,and verifies the model.If the flow measurement error is less than 10%,the parameter setting is accurate.Experimental verification was conducted on circular dampers with diameters of 100,150 mm,as well as square dampers with dimensions of 200 mm×120 mm,based on the smart air flow calibration platform.The results indicate that based on the new flow measurement model,the maximum flow measurement errors of the three different models of dampers are 10%,6.1%,and 6.6%.Accurate flow measurement can still be achieved by changing the input air volume within the range of 0°~70°valve angle,effectively solving the existing problem of flow measurement.This proves the feasibility and universality of the new air flow measurement model.The accuracy of flow measurement will directly affect the operation effect of smart dampers and the precision of flow control.The building of the new model provides technical support for precise control and performance improvement of variable air volume systems.
