摘  要:为了提升整体式阀座结构三偏心全金属蝶阀的密封性能,针对不同结构形式的三偏心蝶阀的密封面压痕和变形情况,通过离散化方法对三偏心全金属蝶阀的密封圈单层单元的应力和变形进行分析计算,并对密封结构进行了改进和试验验证。结果表明,三偏心蝶阀在关闭时,密封圈沿流道方向的每个截面单元受到作用力的大小和方向都不同,在大端面位置,密封圈截面单元受到的最大合应力为9.145 MPa,且方向向下,在小端面处,最大合应力为6.482 MPa,方向向上;经过改进的金属多层密封圈,其受到相同扭力作用时变形量增大了15.4%~27.7%,更有利于阀座和密封圈的密封面贴合形成密封区间;利用特殊设计的密封圈结构和装配工艺,可以使金属多层密封圈实现自动调整,进一步提高密封性能,使三偏心全金属蝶阀既可以具有良好的密封性能,又具有较长的使用寿命。研究可为高性能三偏心全金属蝶阀的设计提供参考。In order to improve the sealing performance of the triple eccentric all-metal butterfly valve with an integral valve seat structure,the sealing ring single-layer unit of the triple eccentric all-metal butterfly valve was analyzed through a discretization method based on the sealing surface indentation and deformation of the triple eccentric butterfly valve with different structural forms.The stress and deformation were analyzed and calculated,and the sealing structure was improved and verified experimentally.The results showed that when the triple offset butterfly valve was closed,the magnitude and direction of the force acting on each cross-sectional unit of the sealing ring along the flow channel direction were different.At the large end face position,the maximum closing stress acting on the sealing ring cross-sectional unit was 9.145 MPa,and the direction was downward.At the small end face position,the maximum closing stress was 6.482 MPa,and the direction was upward;The optimized metal multi-layer sealing ring has increased the deformation of the sealing ring by 15.4%~27.7%when subjected to the same torque,which is more conducive to forming a sealing zone between the sealing surface of the valve seat and the sealing ring;In addition,by utilizing a specially designed sealing ring structure and assembly process,the metal multi-layer sealing ring can be automatically adjusted,further improving the sealing performance.This enables the triple offset all metal butterfly valve to have both good sealing performance and a long service life.The research can provide reference for the design of high-performance triple eccentric all metal butterfly valves.
