摘  要:为了探究电潜泵内部流动机理,改善气液两相条件下电潜泵的能量特性,基于欧拉-欧拉非均相流模型,采用定常数值模拟方法研究了不同叶片开孔位置对电潜泵的水力性能和内部流场的影响。通过纯水工况下的水力性能试验,验证了数值模拟方法的准确性。对比分析了叶片开孔位置在不同流量工况下对压力分布、气相分布等内部流场以及电潜泵外特性的影响。结果表明,改变开孔位置不会提高电潜泵在纯水工况下的性能;但在含气条件下,在叶片中间和前端位置开孔能够提升电潜泵在大流量工况下的水力性能,中间开孔方案的提升效果最为明显;在5%的入口含气率下,相比未开孔方案,中间开孔方案的扬程提高了0.89 m、效率提高了3.7%。研究结果可为电潜泵的优化设计提供参考。To investigate the internal flow mechanism of the electric submersible pump and improve the energy characteristics of the electric submersible pump under gas-liquid two-phase conditions,this paper investigates the effects of different blade opening positions on the hydraulic performance and internal flow field of the electric submersible pump based on the Eulerian-Eulerian non-homogeneous phase flow model with steady numerical simulation.The accuracy of the numerical method is validated by the hydraulic performance test under pure water condition.The effects of different blade opening positions on the internal flow field such as pressure distribution,gas phase distribution and the external characteristics of the electric submersible pump are comparatively analyzed under different flow rate conditions.It is found that changing the opening position will not improve the performance of the electric submersible pump under pure water conditions.However,under the gassy condition,blade opening in the middle and front positions can improve the hydraulic performance of under high flow rate conditions,and the middle opening scheme has the most obvious improvement effect.Under the condition of 5%inlet gas content,the head and efficiency of the middle opening scheme are increased by 0.89m and 3.7%compared with the non-opening scheme.The research results can provide reference for the optimization design of electric submersible pumps.
