摘  要:在民办高校教育体系中,专任教师作为教学科研的主力军,其职业发展需求及影响因素显得尤为重要。从学术发展需求来看,专任教师渴望在学术研究上取得突破,进而提升其学术影响力;从教学发展需求来看,他们也在不断追求理念创新;从职业发展路径需求来看,他们更期望获得明确的晋升通道和多元化的职业发展机会。民办高校应加强政策引导和支持,营造良好治学环境,专任教师也应不断提升自身素质,从而更好地促进专任教师职业发展。In the system of private university education,full-time teachers,as the main force in teaching and research,their career development need and the influencing factors seem to be particularly important.From the perspective of academic development need,full-time teachers aspire to achieve breakthrough in academic research to enhance their academic influence.From the perspective of teaching development need,they continuously pursue the innovative teaching concepts.From the perspective of career development path need,they expect to have clarified promotion channels and diversified career development opportunities.Private universities should strengthen the policy guidance and support,and create a conducive academic environment.Full-time teachers should continuously improve their own qualification to better promote their career development.
