摘　　要：官僚主义是一种封建官本位残余思想,主要表现为溜须拍马、脱离群众、不担当不作为等腐朽作风,严重动摇党的领导地位和党在人民群众中的良好形象。在全面从严治党的新时代背景下,力戒和祛除官僚主义弊病,需要强化党员干部的宗旨意识,加强党性锻炼和党性修养,加强对党员干部的有效监督,健全和完善党内法规制度。这对于新时代密切党群关系和加强党的先进性建设具有重要意义。Bureaucracy is a remnant of feudal official-centric ideology,primarily manifested in decadent practices such as flattery,detachment from the masses,and a lack of accountability and initiative.It severely undermines the party’s leadership and its positive image among the people.In the new era of comprehensively strict party governance,to guard against and eliminate the malady of bureaucracy,it is necessary to strengthen the party member and official’s sense of purpose,enhance their party spirit through training and self-cultivation,intensify the effective supervision over party members and officials,and improve the party’s internal regulatory systems.These measures are of great significance for fostering closer party-mass relations and advancing the construction of the party’s vanguard nature.
