基于“基础+实践+应用”的“2+1+1”应用型商务英语专业人才培养模式研究

摘  要:高校的核心使命在于培养人才,而应用型人才的培养质量需由市场的实际需求来评判。当前,商务英语专业的毕业生在满足市场需求方面存在明显不足,主要表现为实践能力薄弱、解决问题的意识淡薄。这些问题的根源在于企业与行业在高校人才培养过程中参与不足,以及产教融合的深度不够。针对上述问题,黄河科技学院的商务英语专业从“基础+实践+应用”的“2+1+1”人才培养理念、人才培养体系、教学创新举措、评价方式等方面,探讨在产教融合背景下的商务英语本科专业人才培养的新思路和新方法。The core mission of universities lies in the talent cultivation,and the quality of application-oriented talent should be evaluated by the actual needs in the market.Currently,the graduates in business English major have obvious shortcomings in meeting the demand of the market,for example,they have weak practical abilities and lack the problem-solving awareness.The root causes of these problems lie in the insufficient participation of enterprises and industries in the talent cultivation process and the lack of depth in the integration of industry and education.Aiming at these problems,the business English major in Huanghe Science&Technology University explores new ideas and methods in the following aspects:the“2+1+1”talent cultivation model based on“foundation+practice+application”,the talent cultivation system,teaching innovations,and evaluation methods,so as to cultivate the undergraduate business English talents under the background of industry-education integration.
