摘 要:将^(6)LiF/α-Al_(2)O_(3):C混合粉末与光学环氧树脂组合,设计、制备了一种复合掺碳氧化铝光释光中子探测器,并测试其光释光响应。基于蒙特卡罗程序Geant4,模拟研究了中子转换材料的类型、厚度与密度及α-Al_(2)O_(3):C晶体厚度对探测器中子响应的影响规律,探索其中子探测机理,完成了探测器优化设计。重水慢化^(252)Cf中子源的测试结果表明,该中子探测器在0.5~20 mSv范围内的中子剂量响应呈线性关系,表明所制备的复合探测器具有良好的中子探测能力。The composite optically stimulated luminescence neutron detector using ^(6)LiF/α-Al_(2)O_(3):C mixed powder with optical epoxy was designed and developed,and its performance of optically stimulated luminescence was tested.For a complete characterization and description of the physical mechanism underlying the detector operation,several Monte Carlo simulations were performed using Geant4 code to determine the effect of type,thickness and density of neutron converter materials,and thickness of α-Al_(2)O_(3):C on neutron response,and design optimization was completed.The linearity is evident from 0.5 mSv to 20 mSv using D_(2)O-modrated ^(252)Cf neutron source,showing that the composite detector has a better capability of neutron detection.
