摘　　要：政党基础理论是指探究政党作为一种权力实体与社会存在之间的本质联结,从中揭示出政党自身与政党体系存在与发展的历史必然性与理论必然性,从而进一步建构出理解政治秩序与社会变迁的一种理论框架。中国新型政党制度理论体系涵盖五大基础理论:一是领导权理论,澄清权力的归属与运作方式;二是党际合作关系理论,论述将多元的、已经组织化的力量再次组织起来的机制与原理;三是代表性理论,涉及政党整合功能与对社会多元利益的处理;四是团结理论,关注政党对社会各群体的凝聚方式;五是治理理论,聚焦政党制度在国家治理中的位置与效能。五大基础理论共同构成了中国新型政党制度理论体系的核心逻辑和实践框架。The foundational theory of political parties refers to the exploration of the intrinsic connections between political parties as entities of power and their existence within society.It reveals the historical and theoretical inevitability of the existence and development of political parties themselves and the party system,thereby further constructing a theoretical framework for understanding political order and social change.The theoretical system of China’s new type of political party system encompasses five foundational theories:first,the theory of leadership,which clarifies the ownership and mode of power operation;second,the theory of inter-party cooperative relations,which discusses the mechanisms and principles of reorganizing diverse,already organized forces;third,the theory of representation,which involves the integrative functions of political parties and their handling of diverse social interests;fourth,the theory of unity,which focuses on the cohesive power of political parties across various social groups;and fifth,the theory of governance,which centers on the role and effectiveness of the political party system in national governance.These five foundational theories collectively form the core logic and practical framework of the theoretical system of China’s new type of political party system.
