摘  要:采用“BOF-LF-RH-CC-轧制”流程,试制高强度高韧性风电螺栓用42CrMo钢,设计了合适的化学成分,强化钢水转炉终点控制,LF造白渣脱氧及吸附夹杂物,连铸保护浇铸,电磁搅拌并结合PMO工艺,加热对铸坯进行高温扩散,采用低温轧制等关键生产工艺。试制结果表明:42CrMo钢材纯净度高、组织均匀以及力学性能优良,经调质后圆钢心部回火索氏体组织达到≥90%。High strength and high toughness steel 42CrMo bolts for wind power were trial-produced with BOF-LF-RHCC-rolling process,by means of designing suitable chemical composition,strengthening the endpoint control of molten steel converter,LF white slag deoxidation and adsorption of inclusions,continuous protection casting,electromagnetic stirring combined with PMO process,reheating the billets for high temperature diffusion,using low temperature rolling and other key production processes.The trial production results show that the steel has high purity,uniform structure and excellent mechanical properties.After quenching and tempering,the tempered sorbite structure in the center of round steel reaches≥90%.
