摘　　要：针对2024年以来中南股份炼铁厂1号-2号焦炉发生的三类难推焦问题,分别进行了原因分析,并制定了相应的治理措施。措施实施后,2024年5月开始1号-2号焦炉难推焦问题得到明显改善,焦炭产量和生产节奏均恢复至设计水平。Three kinds of difficult coke pushing problems at coke ovens#1-2 in ZNIS had emerged since 2024.The reasons of the problems were analyzed respectively.And the corresponding treatment measures had been formulated.After adopting the measures,the problems had been significantly alleviated.Both the coke yield and rhythm of production returned to the design target.
