摘　　要：在钢铁企业生产经营的全过程中,存在着各种各样的风险和隐患,若不及时发现会给企业造成巨大的经济损失。文章利用实时流计算与大数据分析技术,将风险和隐患暴露出来,以报警的方式实时推送到相关责任人,以得到及时处理。介绍了实时流计算与大数据分析技术的开发背景、实现原理、功能设计和实现方法。实时流计算与大数据分析技术在生产经营管理中的应用,对企业的安全生产具有深远意义。In the whole process of production and operation of iron and steel enterprises,there are various risks and hidden dangers that can not be found in time,which may cause huge economic losses to enterprises.This paper uses real-time stream computing and big data analysis technology to expose such risks and hidden dangers,and sends them to the relevant responsible persons in a real-time manner for timely processing.This paper introduces the development background,implementation principle,function design and implementation method of the application.The launch of this application has been highly praised by the business side and has far-reaching significance for the safety production of enterprises.
