摘  要:中南股份炼钢厂提出搭建年产800万t平台的目标,但继续在转炉内增加废钢量热量已明显不足,为了解决这一问题,炼钢厂对氩站进行改造,增加了废钢筋头烘烤系统,通过将钢筋切头加热至600℃以上,每炉对比不烘烤前可增加1 t废钢筋头,改造效果显著。The steel-making plant of ZNIS has proposed the goal of building a platform with an annual output of 8 million tons,but continuing to increase the amount of scrap charged into the converter is clearly insufficient in a heat.In order to solve this problem,the steel-making plant has renovated the argon station by adding a scrap bar head baking system.By heating the heads to above 600℃,an additional ton of scrap heads can be added into each heat compared to without baking,and the transformation effect is significant.
