摘　　要：介绍一种提高冶金转炉精炼效率的VD炉炉外吹氩气方法。针对传统VD炉精炼过程中钢水须等待炉内软吹完成才能进入下一轮冶炼的问题,提出了在VD炉外进行氩气软吹的解决方案。通过钢水罐的轮换和炉外软吹装置的应用,实现了钢水在炉外进行氩气软吹,从而避免了等待时间,显著提高了生产效率。此外,还根据钢水罐中钢种的不同和钢水的实际温度,动态调整氩气流量,确保各类钢液中的杂质被有效去除,提高了钢种质量和冶炼成本效益。This article introduces a method of argon-blowing outside the VD furnace to improve the refining efficiency of metallurgical converters.It proposes a solution for argon soft blowing outside the VD furnace to address the issue of waiting for soft blowing inside the furnace before entering the next round of smelting in the traditional VD furnace refining process.Through the rotation of steel ladles and the application of soft blowing devices outside the furnace,argon soft blowing outside the furnace has been achieved,thereby avoiding waiting time and significantly improving production efficiency.In addition,the argon flow rate is dynamically adjusted based on the different grades of steel in the ladle and the actual temperature of the steel,ensuring that impurities in various grades of steel are effectively removed,improving the quality of steel and the cost-effectiveness of smelting.This method not only improves smelting efficiency,but also has broad promotion value.
