中南股份生产区域生活给水系统的设计分析

摘　　要：针对中南股份生产区各厂部办公楼、人员密集的生产主控楼及员工淋浴等区域,需要新增生活给水系统的原因进行分析,根据生活区生活用水余量和员工生活用水量计算,确定职工生活设计用水量为85 m3/h,所需供水管径为DN200,管道水流速度为0.767 m/s,结合厂区生活给水系统的设计方案比选分析,研究确定在生产区域内新增一座生活水调蓄泵站和一套生活给水管网。工程设计能够保证生产区域员工生活用水水量和水质。The reasons for the need to add a new domestic water supply system in various office buildings,densely populated production control buildings,and employee shower areas in the production area of ZNIS,are analyzed.Based on the remaining domestic water consumption in the living area and the domestic water consumption of employees in ZNIS,the design water consumption for employee living is determined to be 85m3/h,with a required water supply pipe diameter of DN200 and a water flow velocity of 0.767m/s.Combined with the design scheme comparison and analysis of the domestic water supply system in the factory area,a new domestic water storage pump station and a set of domestic water supply pipe networks are studied and determined to be added in the production area.This engineering design can ensure the quantity and quality of domestic water for employees in the production area.
