摘 要:为提高分散墨水的高温稳定性能,通过单因素试验探讨墨水粒径、分散剂和保湿剂的种类及用量、三乙醇胺用量、分散染料种类对分散染料墨水高温稳定性的影响。结果表明:粒径为250 nm、三乙醇胺质量分数为0.5%时,分散红A墨水体系高温稳定性最佳;体系中加入阴非离子复配分散剂的高温稳定性最佳,阴离子分散剂次之,非离子分散剂较差;保湿剂对分散染料的增溶量是墨水高温稳定性的主要影响因素,增溶效果越强,高温稳定性越差;不同分散染料使用相同配方制备墨水,墨水的高温稳定性不同。In order to improve the high-temperature stability of dispersed ink,a one-factor test is conducted to explore the effects of ink particle size,type and amount of dispersant and humectant,amount of triethanolamine,and type of disperse dyes on the high-temperature stability of disperse dye ink.The results show that:the particle size of 250 nm,triethanolamine mass fraction of 0.5%,the Dispersed Red A ink system has the best high temperature stability;the high temperature stability of the anionic and nonionic compound dispersant added to the system is the best,followed by anionic dispersant,nonionic dispersant is the worst;the amount of humectant on the disperse dye solubilization is a major influence on the high temperature stability of the ink,the stronger the effect of solubilizing,the poorer the high temperature stability;different disperse dyes use the same formula to prepare ink,ink high temperature stability is different.
