摘 要:采用阳离子染料和分散染料对迭代C型涤纶纤维进行染色,并与常规阳离子染料可染涤纶纤维进行对比。探究了染色温度、染色时间、pH、染色助剂对迭代C型涤纶纤维上染百分率的影响,研究了迭代C型涤纶阳离子染料染色动力学,并测试了迭代C型涤纶纤维的染色牢度。结果表明:阳离子染料对迭代C型涤纶的染色性能优于分散染料,迭代C型涤纶对染色温度的依赖性低于普通阳离子染料可染涤纶。迭代C型涤纶纤维阳离子染料染色的最佳工艺为:染色温度70~80℃,保温时间30 min,pH为4~6,阳离子缓染剂1227浓度0.001 mol/L。经阳离子染料和分散染料染色的迭代C型涤纶纤维耐皂洗和耐摩擦色牢度均达到4级以上。The dyeing of C-type iterated polyester fibers is carried out with cationic dyes and disperse dyes respectivly,and is compared with the dyeing of ordinary cationic dyeable polyester fibers.The effects of dyeing temperature,dyeing time,pH and dyeing auxiliaries on the dye-uptake of C-type iterated polyester fibers are explored,the dyeing kinetics of C-type iterated polyester with cationic dyes are studied,and the color fastnesses of C-type iterated polyester fibers are tested.The results show that the dyeing performance of cationic dyes on C-type iterated polyester is better than that of disperse dyes,and the dependence of iterative C-type polyester on dyeing temperature is lower than that of ordinary cationic dyeable polyester.The optimal cationic dyeing process of C-type iterated polyester fiber is as follows:dyeing temperature 70-80℃,dyeing time 30 min,pH 4-6,and cationic retarder 1227 concentration 0.001 mol/L.The color fastnesses to washing and rubbing of C-type iterated polyester by cationic dyes or disperse dyes can reached Grade 4 or above.
