摘　　要：为了解决PLA/PHVB纤维在碱性和高温条件下长时间染整加工受损严重的问题,选用中性固色活性染料和分散染料对棉/PLA/PHVB抗菌纱线进行一浴一步法染色。优化的染色工艺为:活性红ATC-DS 1.6%(omf)、分散红ATC-T5B 0.4%(omf),平衡剂DY 1.0 g/L,染浴pH 7,染色温度100℃,硫酸钠质量浓度65 g/L,染色时间45 min。染色后的棉/PLA/PHVB抗菌纱线的耐日晒色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度和耐水洗色牢度均可达到3级及以上,抗菌性能达到3A级。In order to solve the problem that PLA/PHVB fiber is seriously damaged in dyeing and finishing process under alkaline and high temperature conditions for a long time,neutral bath fixing reactive dyes and disperse dyes are used to dye cotton/PLA/PHVB antibacterial yarn by one-bath-one-step process.The optimized dyeing process is as follows:Reactive Red ATC-DS 1.6%(omf),Disperse Red ATC-T5B 0.4%(omf),balancing agent DY 1.0 g/L,pH value 7,dyeing temperature 100℃,sodium sulfate dosage 65 g/L,dyeing time 45 min.The dyed cotton/PLA/PHVB antibacterial yarn can achieve good color fastness of Grade 3 or above to sunlight,rubbing and washing,and its antibacterial performance can reach 3A level.
