摘　　要：为了提高酸性橙67染色锦纶织物的色牢度,筛选了五种常用的酸性固色剂,并对酸性固色剂YC-280的固色工艺进行优化。结果表明:5种酸性固色剂中,酸性固色剂YC-280固色效果最好;在固色剂YC-280质量分数为2.0%、固色温度为80℃、固色时间为20 min条件下,酸性橙67染色锦纶织物的固色效果最佳,耐水洗及耐摩擦色牢度可达到4~5级。In order to improve the color fastness of nylon fabrics dyed with Acid Orange 67,five commercial acidic fixing agents are screened,and the fixing process is optimized.The results show that acidic fixing agent YC-280 has the best fixing properties.Under the conditions of YC-280 of 2.0%,fixing temperature of 80℃and fixing time of 20 min,the fixing properties of dyed nylon fabric is the best,and the color fastnesses to washing and rubbing of the dyed nylon fabric can reach Grade 4-5.
