摘  要:建立了一种快速鉴定增重蚕丝绵热裂解-气相色谱-质谱分析(Py-GC-MS)方法,得到了聚甲基丙烯酰胺最佳热裂解条件:热裂解温度为600℃,热裂解时间为0.5 min,裂解炉接口温度为300℃。该方法在甲基丙烯酰胺质量浓度为300~2000 mg/kg的线性范围内,线性相关系数为0.997,方法检出限为300 mg/kg,加标回收率为92.22%~112.57%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.72%~5.81%(n=7)。若检出甲基丙烯酰胺质量分数超过300 mg/kg,则判定蚕丝绵经过增重处理。该方法可直接鉴定聚甲基丙烯酰胺增重蚕丝绵,具有快速环保、准确高效等优点。A method for rapid identification of weight-added silk floss by pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(Py-GC-MS)is established.The optimal pyrolysis conditions of polymethacrylamide are as:the pyrolysis temperature is 600℃,the pyrolysis time is 0.5 min,and the interface temperature of furnace is 300℃.In the concentration of methacrylamide of 300-2000 mg/kg,the linear correlation coefficient of the method is 0.997,and the detection limit of the method is 300 mg/kg.The recoveries are 92.22%-112.57%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)are 1.72%-5.81%(n=7).If the content of methacrylamide exceeds 300 mg/kg,it is determined that the silk floss has been artificially increased in weight.The method can directly identify silk floss weighted by polymethacrylamide,which is rapid,environment-friendly,accurate and efficient.
