摘  要:剩余污泥具有污染与资源双重属性,将其通过厌氧发酵转化为脂肪酸是一种非常有前景的资源化利用途径。该研究将生物炭和零价铁作为添加剂加入剩余污泥厌氧发酵产酸体系,探究2种材料对脂肪酸积累过程和pH变化的影响,并利用宏基因组学分析2种材料对发酵过程的潜在影响机制。结果表明,生物炭和零价铁能够有效促进剩余污泥厌氧发酵产酸过程。添加生物炭和零价铁后,短链脂肪酸产量可提高1.07~1.21倍。生物炭和零价铁均可增强发酵体系酸碱缓冲能力,缓解因酸积累导致的pH下降。宏基因分析表明,生物炭和零价铁的添加富集了剩余污泥水解酸化细菌,碳水化合物水解酶丰度和乙酸生成路径中酶的丰富得到增强,促进了污泥的水解以及乙酸的生成。The residual sludge has the dual properties of pollution and resources.The conversion of residual sludge into fatty acids by anaerobic fermentation is a very promising resource utilization way.In this study,biochar and zero-ferric iron were added as additives to the anaerobic fermentation system of residual sludge.The effects of the two materials on the fatty acid accumulation process and pH change were explored.Metagenomics was used to analyze the potential mechanisms of the two materials on the fermentation process.The results showed that the two materials could effectively promote the anaerobic fermentation of residual sludge to produce acids.After adding biochar and zero-valent iron,the production of acids was increased by 1.07~1.21 times.Both biochar and zero-valent iron enhanced acid-base buffering capacity of fermentation system and alleviated the pH decrease.The addition of biochar and zero-valent iron enriched hydrolyzing and acidizing bacte⁃ria and enhanced the abundance of carbohydrate hydrolase and the abundance of enzyme in the acetic acid generation path,thus promoting the hydrolysis of sludge and the formation of acetic acid.
