摘 要:该研究通过水热炭化技术,探讨了不同金属氯化盐(ZnCl_(2)、FeCl_(3)、SnCl_(4))对污泥基水热炭及其液相产物特性的影响。结果表明,ZnCl_(2)和FeCl_(3)改性显著降低了水热炭的产率,而SnCl_(4)改性略微提高了产率。与未改性水热炭相比,金属氯化盐改性后,水热炭的比表面积和孔隙结构显著改善,尤其是SnCl_(4)-HC的比表面积增加了13.2倍,表现出丰富的介孔结构。傅立叶变换红外光谱分析发现,改性水热炭表面羟基和其他含氧官能团增加,脂肪族结构和纤维素、半纤维素等组分的分解加剧。水热炭化液相产物的pH值呈现较高酸性,且随着金属盐价态的增加,酸性显著增强。金属盐改性提高了液相产物中的溶解性有机碳含量,并且减少了芳香性组分,增加了亲水性。通过紫外-可见光和三维荧光光谱分析,发现金属氯化盐改性后,液相产物的结构更加复杂,腐殖化程度更高。This study focuses on the hydrothermal carbonization technology.Thus a laboratory experiment was conducted in order to investigate the effects of different metal chlorides,e.g.ZnCl_(2),FeCl_(3),SnCl_(4),on the properties of wastewater-sludgebased hydrochar and its aqueous products.The results of the experiment showed that modifications by ZnCl_(2) and FeCl_(3) prominently cut hydrochar yield,while which was slightly increased by SnCl_(4);compared with unmodified hydrochar,the addition of metal chlorides considerably improved the surface area and pore structure of the hydrochar,with SnCl_(4)-HC partic⁃ularly presenting a 13.2-fold increase in surface area and enhanced mesoporous structure.Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy was used to reveal an increase of hydroxyl and other oxygen-containing functional groups on the modified hydrochar surface,along with the intensified decomposition of aliphatic structures and cellulose/hemicellulose components;and the hydrothermal carbonization aqueous products exhibited relatively strong acidity,which would become stronger as the valency of metal chloride increased.Additionally,the modification by metal chloride also increased the aqueous prod⁃ucts’dissolved organic carbon(DOC)content,reducing their aromatic components,enhancing hydrophilicity;and in wake of metal chloride modification,it was found through UV-Vis and 3D fluorescence spectroscopy that the aqueous products were of more complex structure and higher humification degree.
