摘 要:以一种复杂阀体为研究对象,针对其传统锻造配合机加工的生产方式中存在的成本高、效率低及阀体性能差等问题,尝试改用多向模锻工艺进行生产,并基于数值仿真进行工艺开发及优化。首先,通过高温压缩试验得到阀体材料40CrNi2Mo合金钢不同条件下的流变曲线,设计了本构模型的拟合,并进行了准确性验证;其次,设计了阀体不同成形方案,同时利用Deform-3D完成了有限元建模及成形过程仿真,分析了各方案的可实施性,并基于仿真结果对成形方案进行局部优化、对比以及择优;最后,参考优选方案,通过多向模锻液压机进行阀体的成形试验,获得的阀体锻件质量好,表面光滑,无坑洞、毛刺等缺陷,剖切后内部也未见裂纹、疏松等缺陷,各尺寸检测均满足技术要求。证实了开发工艺的可靠性以及数值仿真技术在塑性加工领域的指导价值。For a complex valve body,aiming at the problems of high cost,low efficiency and poor valve body performance in its production method combining traditional forging with machining,the multi-directional die forging process was tried to use for production,and based on numerical simulation,the process development and optimization were conducted.Firstly,the rheological curves of valve body material 40CrNi2Mo alloy steel under different conditions were obtained by the high-temperature compression experiments,and the fitting of constitutive model was completed and the accuracy was verified.Secondly,the different forming schemes of valve body were designed,and the finite element modeling and forming process simulation were carried out by Deform-3D.Then,the feasibility of each scheme was analyzed,and based on the simulation results,the forming schemes were locally optimized,compared and selected.Finally,the forming experiment of valve body was carried out by a multi-directional die forging hydraulic press with reference to the preferred scheme.The obtained valve body forgings have good quality,smooth surface and no defects such as pits or burrs,and no cracks or looseness are found inside after cutting,and the dimensional inspection also could meet the technical requirements,confirming the reliability of the development process and the guiding value of numerical simulation technology in the field of plastic processing.
