摘 要:针对TA2工业纯钛无缝钢管生产成本高、能耗大且成材率低等问题,采用实验和有限元分析相结合的方法,进行纵连轧生产钛管新工艺的探索性研究。借助DEFORM-3D有限元软件,对TA2工业纯钛管材纵连轧过程进行模拟,建立了钛管纵连轧工艺轧制力数学模型,完成了轧制力能参数的求解,并研究了不同总压下率和初轧温度下轧制力以及轧制力矩的变化规律。最后,通过实验验证了模拟的正确性。研究结果表明:TA2工业纯钛管材在稳定区的纵连轧轧制力和轧制力矩均与总压下率呈正相关,与初轧温度呈负相关,并且轧制力和轧制力矩的变化趋势完全相同。For the disadvantages of high production cost,large energy consumption and low yield of TA2 industrial pure titanium seamless pipe,a new process of longitudinal continuous rolling for titanium pipes was researched by combining experiment and finite element analysis.The longitudinal continuous rolling process of TA2 industrial pure titanium pipe was simulated by finite element software DEFORM3D,and the mathematical model of rolling force for the longitudinal continuous rolling process of titanium pipe was established.Furthermore,the solution of rolling force and energy parameters was completed,and the change law of rolling force and rolling moment under different total reduction rates and initial rolling temperatures was studied.Finally,the correctness of the simulation was verified by experiments.The research results show that the rolling force and rolling moment of longitudinal continuous rolling for TA2 industrial pure titanium pipe in the stable zone are positively related to the total reduction rate and negatively related to the initial rolling temperature,and the change trend of rolling force and rolling moment is completely the same.
