摘  要:随着原油重劣质化趋势的加剧,发展重油深度加工和产业链延伸发展,是目前炼油化工行业的突出任务。重油全转化可以获取大量的重质基础化工原料,这部分原料中含有较高的萘、甲基萘、二甲基萘、联苯等缩合芳香族化合物,可用于生产重要化工新型材料聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯和特种工程塑料液晶高分子材料,它们不仅用途广泛,而且是我国电子工业、特种薄膜、新能源汽车领域需要突破的新方向。聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯是目前世界范围内竞相取代聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的新兴高性能聚合物,其合成路线中的中间产物,2,6-二甲基萘因分离成本高、技术不稳定依旧是国内生产PEN的“卡脖子”技术。With the increasing trend of crude oil becoming heavier and more inferior,the development of deep processing of heavy oil and the extension of the industrial chain have become prominent tasks in the petroleum refining and chemical industry.The complete conversion of heavy oil can yield a significant amount of heavy basic chemical raw materials,which contains a high proportion of condensed aromatic compounds such as naphthalene,methylnaphthalene,dimethylnaphthalene and biphenyl.These compounds can be used to produce important new chemical materials like polyethylene naphthalate(PEN)and raw materials for special engineering plastics and liquid crystal polymer materials.These materials not only have wide-ranging applications but also represent new directions that need to be explored in China's electronics industry,specialty films and new energy vehicle sectors.Polyethylene naphthalate(PEN)is an emerging high-performance polymer which is being globally pursued as a replacement for polyethylene terephthalate(PET).However,the intermediate product in its synthesis route,2,6-dimethylnaphthalene,remains a“bottleneck”technology in domestic PEN production due to high separation costs and technical instability.
