摘  要:因电泳涂装具有高效、优质、安全、经济等特点,受到各国涂装业的重视,其中阴极电泳的应用尤为广泛,目前涂装行业采用阴极电泳涂装法涂底漆的汽车车身达90%以上。阴极电泳的发展离不开阴极电泳涂料的发展,阴极电泳涂料结合了电泳涂料与水性涂料的优点,不仅对环境的污染小,而且电泳完成后的涂膜具有高耐腐蚀性、优良的涂膜外观及力学性能,本文根据目前阴极电泳涂料的研究情况,总结了低温型、底面合一型、边缘防腐型、紫外光固化型、高泳透力型等阴极电泳涂料的研究成果,并对其未来的发展方向进行了展望。Due to the characteristics of electrodeposition coating,such as high efficiency,high quality,safety and economy,it has been paid attention to by the painting industry in various countries,among which the application of cathode electrodeposition(CED)is particularly extensive.At present,more than 90%of automobile bodies are primed by CED coating in the painting industry.The development of CED is inseparable from the development of CED coatings,which combines the advantages of CED and water-based coating,not only has little pollution to the environment,but also has high corrosion resistance,excellent appearance and mechanical properties of the coating after electrophoresis.Based on the current research situation of CED coatings,The research results of CED coatings such as low temperature type,underside combination type,edge anticorrosion type,UV curing type and high permeability type were summarized,and their future development direction was prospected.
