摘 要:氟元素是人体生长的必须元素,但过量的摄入会造成龋齿等症状,含氟废水成为环境氟化物污染的主要来源,国家以及地方针对含氟废水的排放标准越来越严格。本文主要针对目前常用的除氟工艺进行分析,特别对于吸附除氟工艺、钙盐沉淀除氟工艺、离子交换除氟工艺、电渗析除氟工艺、膜法除氟工艺、PAC沉淀除氟工艺、新型除氟剂除氟工艺、生物除氟工艺分别展开讨论,分析不同工艺的稳定性、经济性以及适用条件,如在高浓度除氟工艺中可选用钙盐沉淀除氟工艺,在低浓度除氟工艺中可选用新型除氟剂除氟工艺,根据废水来水水质及出水水质要求,也可选用不同工艺段的组合工艺,如对于高浓度含氟废水出水要求氟离子达到1.5 mg/L以下时,可结合钙盐沉淀除氟工艺和新型除氟剂除氟工艺,使出水水质稳定达到出水要求,未来开发出更经济、更稳定、更高效的除氟工艺会是以后的研究方向和热点。Fluorine is an essential element for human growth,but excessive intake will cause symptoms such as tooth decay,fluoride-containing wastewater has become the main source of environmental fluoride pollution,and national and local discharge standards for fluoride-containing wastewater are becoming more and more stringent.The commonly used fluoridation removal processes were analyzed,especially for the adsorption fluoride removal process,calcium salt precipitation fluoridation removal process,ion exchange fluoride removal process,electrodialysis fluoride removal process,membrane fluoride removal process,PAC precipitation fluoride removal process,new fluoride removal agent fluoridation process,and biological fluoridation removal process,and the stability,economy and applicable conditions of different processes were analyzed.According to the requirements of wastewater water quality and effluent quality,a combination of different process sections can also be selected,such as for the high-concentration fluorine-containing wastewater effluent requirements of fluoride ions below 1.5 mg/L,calcium salt precipitation fluoride removal process and new fluoride defluoride removal process can be combined to make the effluent quality stable to meet the effluent requirements,and the future development of a more economical,more stable and more efficient fluoride removal process will be the future research direction and hot spot.
