摘 要:研究以唐古特大黄茎为原料,采用化学活化法制备活性炭,并以碘吸附值为考察指标,运用响应曲面法优化工艺条件。通过单因素实验和响应面实验设计,系统考察了炭化温度、炭化时间和活化剂浓度等关键工艺参数对活性炭碘吸附性能的影响。优化结果表明,当炭化温度为500℃、炭化时间为30 min、活化剂浓度为25%时,所得活性炭碘吸附值达到最大值1 136 mg/g。本研究通过响应面法优化了唐古特大黄茎基活性炭的制备工艺,为开发高性能生物质活性炭提供了新的原料来源和工艺参考。所得活性炭在废水处理、气体净化等领域具有广阔的应用前景。后续研究可进一步探讨该活性炭对特定污染物的吸附性能及其在实际应用中的表现。Activated carbon was prepared by chemical activation method from Tanggu super yellow stem,and the response surface method was used to optimize the processing conditions.The effects of key process parameters such as carbonization temperature,carbonization time and activator concentration on the iodine adsorption performance of activated carbon were systematically investigated by single factor experiment and response surface experiment design.The optimized results showed that when the carbonization temperature was 500℃,the carbonization time was 30 min,and the activator concentration was 25%,the iodine adsorption value of the obtained activated carbon reached the maximum value of 1136 mg/g.The preparation process of Tanggu super yellow stem based activated carbon was optimized by response surface method,which provided a new raw material source and process reference for developing high performance biomass activated carbon.The obtained activated carbon had broad application prospects in wastewater treatment,gas purification and other fields.The adsorption properties of the activated carbon for specific pollutants and its performance in practical applications can be further investigated in the follow-up study.
