摘  要:制备了[Cu(dppe)(phon)]I,并通过IR、XRD、SEM等表征。实验表明Cu(I)配合物是片状微晶颗粒,其DMF溶液在272 nm有紫外吸收峰,在384 nm有荧光发射峰;在甲基橙浓度为10 mg/L、光照时间为180 min、Cu(I)配合物用量为25 mg,最大脱色率为43.5%;以[Cu(dppe)(phon)]I作为探针,与盐酸均霉素、盐酸多西环素、盐酸金霉素等作用,随着三种盐酸四环素从5.0×10^(-8) mol/L减少至5.0×10^(-10) mol/L,荧光强度增强至2倍以上,反映出Cu(I)配合物具备检测这三种四环素的潜力。A copper(I)complex,[Cu(dppe)(phon)]I,was prepared and characterized by IR,XRD and SEM.This complex is a sheet-like microcrystalline particle,and its DMF solution has a absorption peak at 272 nm and a fluorescence emission peak at 384 nm.The removal rate of methyl orange was 43.5%when the concentration of methyl orange is 10 mg/L,the adsorption time was 180 min and the adsorbent dosage of this complex was 25 mg.Using[Cu(dppe)(phon)]I as a luminescent probe,it interacted with homomycin hydrochloride,doxycycline hydrochloride and aureomycin hydrochloride,resulting in fluorescence enhancement nearly 2 times of this complex with the concentration of tetracycline hydrochloride in the range of 5.0×10^(-8) to 5.0×10^(-10) mol/L.
