摘　　要：溶洞内存在特殊适应性的微生物类群,代谢产物具有许多生物学作用。因此对贵州省境内典型溶洞的土壤、水样进行分离与鉴定得到微生物,通过相关实验对其抗氧化与美白活性进行评估。结论:分离出5种微生物,其代谢产物清除自由基能力以及总抗氧化能力与其浓度成正相关关系,其中5种微生物代谢产物在浓度0.062 5 mg/mL表现出ABTS自由清除率为60.68%~91.93%;在浓度0.25~1.0 mg/mL所有代谢产物表现出的酪氨酸酶抑制率为0.79%~11.07%。There are special adaptive microbial groups in karst caves,and the metabolites have many biological functions.Therefore,microorganisms were isolated and identified from soil and water samples of typical karst caves in Guizhou Province,and their antioxidant and whitening activities were evaluated through related experiments.Five kinds of microorganisms were isolated,and their metabolites'free radical scavenging ability and total antioxidant capacity were positively correlated with their concentrations.Among them,five kinds of microbial metabolites showed free ABTS scavenging rate of 60.68%to 91.93%at the concentration of 0.0625 mg/mL.At the concentration of 0.25 to 1.0 mg/mL,all metabolites showed tyrosinase inhibition rate of 0.79%to 11.07%.
