原油储罐中乳化油成分及其特性分析研究

摘  要:以原油储罐中的乳化油为研究对象,在分析性质及组成的基础上,进行了离心和分析实验。结果表明,乳化油在4 000 rpm转速下离心5 min,分离效果最佳,可分为油层、胶层、水层、固体层,占比分别为36%、20%、32%和12%。其中,油层为高含蜡原油,胶层经无水乙醇、丙酮、甲苯依次洗涤后,残留物中的主要成分为瓜胶、纤维素或酰胺类物质,灼烧后残渣中的主要成分为CaCO_(3)和BaSO_(4)。水层的水质中成垢离子含量较高,易引发结垢现象。固体层经无水乙醇和丙酮依次洗涤,灼烧后残渣中的主要成分为CaSO_(4)、SiO_(2)。Taking emulsified oil in crude oil storage tanks as the research object,centrifugation and analysis experiments were conducted based on the analysis of its properties and composition.The results showed that the emulsified oil had the best separation effect when centrifuged at 4000 rpm for 5 min.It can be divided into oil layer,gel layer,water layer and solid layer,accounting for 36%,20%,32%and 12%,respectively.Among them,the oil layer was high wax crude oil,and after washing the gel layer with anhydrous ethanol,acetone and toluene in sequence,the main components in the residue were guar gum,cellulose or amide substances.After burning,the main components in the residue were CaCO_(3) and BaSO_(4).The water quality of the water layer had a high content of scaling ions,which can easily cause scaling phenomena.The solid layer was washed sequentially with anhydrous ethanol and acetone,and the main components in the residue after calcination were CaSO_(4) and SiO_(2).
