摘  要:熔体质量流动速率指标可用于生产工艺控制和评价产品性能,准确地测量聚乙烯漂盘熔体质量流动速率很重要。通过从测量的重复性、测量温度、试验负荷、切样样条称量、切样时间间隔对测量过程中的不确定度分量进行分析,对聚乙烯漂盘质量流动速率测量不确定度进行评定。通过比较各不确定度来源对检测结果影响的大小,可知聚乙烯漂盘熔体质量流动速率测量过程产生的不确定度主要来源为测量的重复性,其次为流动速率测试仪器的温度偏差。以期对影响试验结果的关键试验环节进行质量控制提供参考,提高检测结果的准确性。The melt mass flow rate index can be used to control the production process and evaluate product performance.It is important to accurately measure the melt mass flow rate of polyethylene floating plates.By analyzing the uncertainty components in the measurement process from the measurement repeatability measurement temperature,test load,sample cutting spline weighing and sample measurement were evaluated.By comparing the impact of each source of uncertainty on the test results,it can be seen that the main source of uncertainty in the polyethylene floating plate melt mass flow rate measurement process was the repeatability of the measurement,followed by the temperature deviation of the flow rate test instrument,in order to provide reference for quality control of key test links that affect test results,and improve the accuracy of test results.
