Determination of Bifenthrin in Tea Using Improved QuEChERS-GasChromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘  要:改进了茶叶中联苯菊酯残留的气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)检测的方法。样品先加水浸泡,然后用乙腈提取,再经N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)、十八烷基键合硅胶(C_(18))和石墨化碳黑(GCB)分散固相萃取净化,浓缩,采用气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)检测,选择反应监测模式(SRM)定性,外标法定量。结果表明,在5~1 000μg/L的浓度范围内,联苯菊酯线性关系良好,线性关系(R^(2))为0.999 0,定量限(S/N=10)为0.005 mg/kg;在添加水平分别为0.005、0.05及0.5 mg/kg时,联苯菊酯的平均回收率在87.5%~99.8%之间,精密度在3.43%~5.13%之间。该方法简便,准确,灵敏度高,适用于茶叶中联苯菊酯的检测。A residue analytical method for bifenthrin in tea by using modified QuEChERS pretreatment combined with gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)was established.The samples were soaked in water,extracted with acetonitrile,purified by dispersion solid-phase extraction adsorbents of PSA,C_(18) and GCB,concentrated and detected by GC-SRM-MS/MS with external standard method.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients(R^(2))were 0.9990 within 5 to 1000μg/L,with the limit of quantitation(LOQ)of 0.005 mg/kg.The spiked levels in tea were 0.005,0.05 and 0.5 mg/kg,and the average recovery rates ranged from 87.5%to 99.8%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were 3.43%to 5.13%.The method was simple,accurate and sensitive,and suitable for the detection of bifenthrin in tea.
