摘  要:提高黑臭水体的治理效率,对于改善生态环境具有重要意义。针对某黑臭水体治理的污水处理厂吨水药剂费用高的问题,成立专项质量控制(QC)小组。经过小组调查分析,发现吨水药剂费用高的主要原因是药剂选择不合理、药剂投加计量设备投加精度低等。根据实际情况就如何降低药剂成本开展了系列研究,确定治理对策,最终实现了将吨水药剂成本从2.9元降至1.6元以下的目标,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。为巩固活动成果,QC小组根据脱色剂和絮凝剂试验经验,不仅编制了污水处理厂运营操作技术指导书以规范工程运营,也编制了精准加药设施设计手册,为今后的标准化设计提供了依据。To enhance the treatment efficiency of black and odorous water is of great significance for improving the ecological environment.A special quality control(QC)team was established to address the issue of high chemical costs in the treatment of black and odorous water.After investigation and analysis,it was found that the main reasons for the high cost of chemicals per ton of water were unreasonable selection of chemicals and low precision of dosing equipment.Based on the actual situation,a series of studies were conducted on how to reduce the cost of chemical agents,and governance strategies were determined.Ultimately,the goal of reducing the cost of chemicals from 2.9 yuan/t to below 1.6 yuan/t was achieved with good economic and social benefits.In order to consolidate the results of the activity,QC team,based on their experience in decolorizing and flocculant testing,not only compiled a technical guide for the operation of sewage treatment plants to standardize engineering operations,but also developed a precision dosing facility design manual,providing guidelines for future standardized design.
