摘　　要：城市污水处理厂的MBR设备调试受到多方面因素的影响。为了实现单台测试的灵活性,密云某市政污水处理厂安装了一套外置式膜池污水处理装置。该装置连接在水厂生物池之后,对经过多级AO处理后的活性污泥混合液进行泥水分离,以达到单台模组器测试的目的。前期对中试测试装置进行了工艺设计、参数计算以及设备选择,装置安装完成后对三型帘式膜组器进行了运行调试,并对设备的产水量、组器运行跨膜压差以及出水水质等数据进行了监测。最终得出结论,该设备与水厂工艺匹配性良好,运行稳定,同时本装置的设计与调试经验也可为同类型水厂的MBR前期调试工作提供参考依据。MBR equipment debugging in urban sewage treatment plants is influenced by various factors.In order to achieve flexibility in single membrane cassette testing,an external membrane tank sewage treatment device was installed at a municipal sewage plant in Miyun District,Beijing.This device was connected to the biological tank of the water plant to separate the sludge and water from the activated sludge mixture after multi-stage AO treatment process,in order to achieve the purpose of testing a single membrane cassette.In the early stage of the project,the process design,parameter calculation and equipment selection for the pilot testing device was studied.After the installation of the device,hollow-fiber membrane cassette was used to do the operation and debugging,and data such as flow capacity,the operating trans-membrane pressure and the effluent water quality were monitored.Reswlts showed that the equipment had good compatibility with the waste water plant process and operates stably.At the same time,the design and debugging experience of this device can also provide a reference basis for the MBR preliminary debugging work of the same type of waste water plant.
