预加氢反应器温度快速上涨原因分析与对策

摘  要:针对预加氢原料罐切换后,出现预加氢反应器出口温度异常快速上涨(温升高达13℃,且反应器入口温度也出现温升现象,温升为4℃)、预加氢产物分离罐压力快速降低(由2.41 MPa降至2.39 MPa)、补充氢量异常上涨(由500 Nm^(3)/h增大至1 228 Nm^(3)/h)现象,及时对原料样品进行分析,发现原因为原料溴指数偏高(3 995 mg Br/100g)。建议采取如下措施:(1)紧急降温降量至低负荷运行,及时调整加热炉燃料气量,避免反应器出现“飞温”。(2)及时调整原料,加强原料和产品化验分析,进行原因排查,保证产品质量合格。(3)可以调整部分预加氢精制油返回至进料缓冲罐与新鲜原料进行混合稀释,有效抑制反应器出口温度升高,通过调整精制油循环量完成劣质原料的加工。In response to the abnormal rapid increase in the outlet temperature of the pre hydrogenation reactor(reaching 13℃,and the inlet temperature of the reactor also showed a temperature rise of 4℃),the rapid decrease in the pressure of the pre hydrogenation product separation tank(from 2.41 MPa to 2.39 MPa),and the abnormal increase in hydrogen replenishment(from 500 Nm^(3)/h to 1228 Nm^(3)/h)after the switching of the pre hydrogenation raw material tank,the raw material samples were analyzed in a timely manner,and it was found that the reason was the high bromine index of the raw material(3995 mgBr/100 g).The following measures were suggested:urgently cool down and reduce the amount to low load operation,adjust the fuel gas volume of the heating furnace in a timely manner,and avoid“flying temperature”in the reactor;timely adjust the raw materials,strengthen the analysis of raw materials and products,conduct root cause investigation,and ensure that the product quality is qualified;part of the pre hydrogenated refined oil can be adjusted to return to the feed buffer tank for mixing and dilution with fresh raw materials,effectively suppressing the increase in reactor outlet temperature.By adjusting the circulation rate of refined oil,the processing of inferior raw materials can be completed.
