摘 要:考察了自动冰点仪在发动机冷却液冰点测试过程中的应用,分别使用自动冰点仪、手工冰点仪和折射冰点仪对相同冷却液样品进行测试,同时使用质控样对自动冰点仪准确性进行考察,并使用自动冰点仪和手工冰点仪对超低冰点样品进行测试,将测试结果进行对比分析,结果表明,自动冰点仪操作简单,自动化程度高,无需人员值守,在测试冰点>-45℃的样品时测试精度可以满足SH/T 0090-1991标准方法的要求,可以用作生产过程质量控制;通过对比分析自动冰点仪和手工冰点仪对超低冰点样品测试结果表明,自动冰点仪在测试冰点≤-50℃的样品,由于低温环境的限制,自动冰点仪无法准确捕捉到冷却液的冰点,该类样品建议采用手工冰点仪进行测试。The application of automatic freezing point analyzers in the freezing point testing process of engine coolant was examined.Automatic freezing point analyzers,manual freezing point analyzers and refracted freezing point analyzers were used to test the same coolant sample,while quality control samples were used to evaluate the accuracy of automatic freezing point analyzers.Automatic freezing point analyzers and manual freezing point analyzers were used to test ultra-low freezing point samples,and the test results were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the automatic freezing point analyzer was easy to operate,featuring a high level of automation,and didnot require constant human supervision.When testing samples with a freezing point higher than-45℃,the testing accuracy can meet the requirements of SH/T 0090-1991 standard method,and can be used for quality control in the production process.By comparing and analyzing the test results of ultra-low freezing point samples using automatic and manual freezing point analyzers,it was shown that automatic freezing point analyzers were unable to accurately determine the freezing point of the coolant in samples with a freezing point lower than or equal to-50℃due to the limitations of low-temperature environments.Therefore,it was recommended to use manual freezing point analyzers for testing such samples.
