摘  要:埋地蒸汽管道作为化工厂核心供热设施,其补偿器的选型直接关系管网运行安全性与维护经济性,由于管道长期处于高温、高压及复杂土壤环境的综合作用,加之日常检查、维修与保养的可达性受限,管系热位移的合理补偿成为保障其稳定运行的关键问题。补偿器作为吸收管道热应力、降低局部载荷的重要装置,其选型与设计的科学性直接决定了管道的使用寿命与安全性。本文拟通过比较为某化工厂埋地蒸汽管道加设套筒补偿器或波纹管补偿器等方式,结合CAESARⅡ管道应力分析软件进行模型应力分析,比较两种补偿器的优缺点,为化工厂埋地蒸汽管道补偿器的选择提供科学依据。Buried steam pipeline is the core heating facility of chemical plant.The selection of its compensator is directly related to the operation safety and maintenance economy of the pipeline network.Because the pipeline has been under the comprehensive effect of high temperature,high pressure and complex soil environment for a long time,and the accessibility of daily inspection,repair and maintenance is limited,the reasonable compensation of thermal displacement of the pipeline system has become the key issue to ensure its stable operation.As an important device to absorb the thermal stress of the pipeline and reduce the local load,the scientific selection and design of the compensator directly determines the service life and safety of the pipeline.By comparing the methods of adding sleeve compensator or bellows compensator to the buried steam pipeline of a chemical plant,and combining with the CaesarⅡpipeline stress analysis software,the model stress analysis was carried out,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two compensators were compared,so as to provide a scientific basis for the selection of the compensator for the buried steam pipeline of a chemical plant.
