摘  要:在钻井工程施工作业过程中,经常会面临着弃井、侧钻等水泥塞施工作业。而在水泥塞施工作业中,最难的是施工“悬空水泥塞”,因其“悬空”下无“垫脚石”、无“承托”,经常会出现水泥塞下移、置换、污染等情况,造成水泥塞混浆严重、强度发展慢或无强度,探面不成功,进而无法进行下一步作业,只能重新进行水泥塞施工作业,耽误时效,浪费成本。本文根据现场悬空水泥塞施工作业的困难,分析出作业失败的主要原因,并根据进行相应的改进与完善。经过现场应用试验,能够有效解决悬空水泥塞作业难题,确保施工作业与施工质量。During the drilling project operation,abandon plug and side track plug is often used.The most difficult slurry plug is the suspended slurry plug,because of no“suitable supporting blocking”or“stepping stone”,and the slurry often move down and shift down.The more contaminated,the less cement strength.If the probing on the cement is fail,the next job should be stopped wasting cost&time.According to the difficult of the suspended slurry plug and the reason of the failure,the method of the improvement was proposed.Through the side using,the difficulty was solved,the operation and quality was ensured.
