制药综合创新开放实验项目构建的探究

摘　　要：为提高制药工程专业学生的自主学习能力、实践动手能力、创新研究能力和职业胜任力,构建了制药综合创新开放实验项目,以作为传统制药综合实验教学课程教学改革的探索研究。制药综合创新开放实验项目以“猴头菇乙醇提取物抗氧化活性研究”为例,从猴头菇粗粉中获得乙醇提取物,并对乙醇提取物的体外和体内抗氧化活性进行研究。通过学生自由选题、查阅文献、设计方案、教师审核并指导、实验操作,最后形成实验报告。该实验项目融合多个相关学科,有助于提高学生的实践创新能力,在教学实践中获得了学生较好的评价,同时也为制药工程专业应用型人才培养奠定了基础。In order to enhance the self-learning ability,practical hands-on ability,innovative research ability,and professional competence of Pharmaceutical Engineering students,a comprehensive and innovation pharmaceutical open laboratory project was constructed as an exploration and research on the teaching reform of traditional pharmaceutical comprehensive laboratory teaching courses.The pharmaceutical comprehensive innovation open experimental project took“Study on the antioxidant activity of Hericium erinaceus ethanol extract”as an example,ethanol extract from Hericium erinaceus crude powder was obtained,and the in vitro and in vivo antioxidant activity of ethanol extract was studied.Students will choose the topic freely,consult literature,design plans,receive teacher review and guidance,conduct experimental operations,and finally form an experimental report.This experimental project integrated multiple related disciplines,which helped to improve students'practical and innovative abilities.It was well evaluated by students in teaching practice and also laid the foundation for the cultivation of applied talents of Pharmaceutical Engineering majors.
