摘  要:当前,铁路沿线频发的自然灾害对铁路运营安全构成严重威胁。鉴于现阶段铁路防灾系统存在灾害监测范围小、通信盲区多、算法精度低以及服务功能少等问题,结合铁路线性结构的特点,在融合北斗、人工智能、云边协同等技术,实现天(卫星)—空(无人机)—地(地面监测)—车(车载监测)多种现代综合监测技术融合的基础上,设计并构建了基于数字孪生模型的铁路防灾数据平台,并开展了现场试验,该平台依托各类铁路防灾数据的采集、存储与处理,能够实现灾前精准预警、灾后及时报警,有效降低自然灾害对铁路运营的影响,提高我国铁路的防灾减灾能力。Natural disasters occurring along railway lines pose a serious threat to the operational safety of railways.In response to the pain points of small disaster monitoring scope,multiple communication blind spots,low algorithm accuracy,and limited service functions in the current railway disaster prevention system,combined with the characteristics of railway linear structure,a railway disaster prevention data platform based on digital twin models was designed and constructed by integrating multiple modern comprehensive monitoring technologies such as Beidou,artificial intelligence,cloud edge collaboration in the space(satellite),air(drone),ground(ground monitoring),and vehicle(vehicle monitoring).Through the collection,storage,and processing of various railway disaster prevention data,pre disaster warning,timely post disaster alarm,and reduction of the impact of natural disasters on railway operations were achieved,and the disaster prevention and reduction capabilities of China’s railways were improved.
