摘　　要：生成式人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI),作为人工智能领域的革新力量,正深刻影响着创作、设计、科研等多个领域,通过强大的数据学习、内容创造与预测能力,为各行各业带来前所未有的变革。然而,这一技术的快速发展也对大学生的职业选择带来了诸多挑战与机遇。生成式AI的普及进一步加剧了就业市场的竞争,一方面,生成式AI技术逐渐替代了部分重复性高、技能要求单一的岗位,减少了传统就业机会;另一方面,它也催生了新兴行业,为大学生提供了更多元化、细分化的职业选择。面对就业市场的这一变化,分析了生成式AI对大学生职业选择影响以及构建了科学的职业选择观。Generative artificial intelligence(AI),as a revolutionary force in the field of artificial intelligence,is profoundly influencing multiple fields such as creation,design,and scientific research.Through its powerful data learning,content creation,and predictive capabilities,it is bringing unprecedented changes to various industries.However,the rapid development of this technology has also brought many challenges and opportunities to college students’career choices.The popularization of generative AI has further intensified competition in the job market.On the one hand,generative AI technology has gradually replaced some highly repetitive and skill demanding positions,reducing traditional employment opportunities;On the other hand,it has also given rise to emerging industries,providing college students with more diverse and differentiated career choices.Faced with this change in the job market,the impact of generative AI on college students’career choices was analyzed,and a scientific view of career choices was constructed.
