摘　　要：在全球数字化转型的背景下,软件产业作为新一代信息技术的核心,成为推动区域经济社会高质量发展的重要引擎。文章旨在探讨区域软件产业高质量发展的策略,并以某区域(以下简称A新区)为例,深入分析如何在现有产业基础上实现产业聚集,推动软件产业的高质量发展。通过理论分析与案例研究相结合的方法,文章提出了一系列具有针对性的策略建议,旨在为其他地区软件产业发展提供借鉴和参考。In the context of global digital transformation,the software industry,as the core of the new generation of information technology,has become an important engine for promoting high-quality development of regional economy and society.The article aims to explore strategies for the high-quality development of the regional software industry,and take a certain region(hereinafter referred to as A New Area)as an example to deeply analyze how to achieve industrial agglomeration on the basis of existing industries and promote the high-quality development of the software industry.By combining theoretical analysis with case studies,this article proposes a series of targeted strategic recommendations aimed at providing reference and guidance for the development of the software industry in other regions.
