新形势下高校办公室网络信息化建设的思考

摘　　要：随着信息技术的快速发展,高校办公室作为管理和服务的核心场所,面临着日益复杂的管理需求。传统的高校办公室管理模式主要依赖于手工操作和传统方法,但随着社会信息化水平的提高,这种模式已经不再适应现代高校的快速发展和信息化需求。为此,文章探讨了新形势下高校办公室网络信息化建设的必要性及高校办公室网络信息化建设的有效路径。With the rapid development of information technology,university offices,as the core place of management and service,are faced with increasingly complex management needs.The traditional college office management mode mainly relies on manual operation and traditional methods,but with the improvement of the level of social informationization,this mode is no longer adapted to the rapid development of modern colleges and universities and the demand for informationization.For this reason,the article discusses the necessity of network informatization construction of college office under the new situation and the effective path of network informatization construction of college office.
