摘 要:随着智慧物业领域数据量的指数级增长,物业管理面临着实时性、准确性和数据结构多样性的挑战。研究探讨了机器人流程自动化(Robotic process automation,RPA)技术在物业传感数据异常分析与辅助决策中的应用,旨在通过集成现有管理系统和优化机器学习算法,提高物业服务的智能化水平。研究构建了基于机器学习的RPA流程自动化环境,实现了数据预处理、自动化决策算法构建及流程自动化开发与部署。实验验证表明,该方法有效提高了问题响应速度和处理满意度,降低了人力资源消耗,具有显著的实践价值和推广潜力。With the exponential growth of data in the field of smart property,property management is facing the challenges of real-time,accuracy and diversity of data structure.The study discusses the application of robotic process automation(RPA)technology in property sensing data anomaly analysis and auxiliary decision-making,aiming to improve the intelligent level of property services by integrating existing management systems and optimizing machine learning algorithms.The RPA process automation environment based on machine learning is constructed,and the data preprocessing,automatic decision algorithm construction,process automation development and deployment are realized.Experimental results show that this method effectively improves the response speed and satisfaction of the problem,reduces the consumption of human resources,and has significant practical value and promotion potential.
