摘 要:为揭示晋东南小麦品质的遗传学基础,采用与3个品质性状相关的共7个主效基因(Glu-A1、Glu-D1、Ppo-D1、Pod-A1、Zds-A1、Pina-D1、Pinb-D1)的KASP标记对85份小麦品种(系)进行分析。结果显示,高分子量谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)基因Glu-D1与Glu-A1的优异等位变异频率分别为1.2%与23.5%,只有17-9143的麦谷蛋白具有1/2*亚基与5+10亚基。在与籽粒硬度相关的Pina-D1位点,只有长6990、21-9195和21-5725携带优异等位基因Pina-D1b,占实验材料的3.5%;在Pinb-D1位点,优异等位基因Pinb-D1b占比43.5%;Pina-D1与Pinb-D1均含有优异等位变异的材料只有长6990。在色泽相关酶类方面,低活性多酚氧化酶(polyphenol oxidase,PPO)基因Ppo-D1a的频率为89.4%,高活性过氧化物酶(Peroxidase,POD)基因Pod-A1b的频率为40%,高活性ζ-胡萝卜素脱氢酶(zeta-carotenedesaturase,ZDS)基因Zds-A1b的频率为70.6%。20份小麦材料同时携带Ppo-D1a、Pod-A1b与Zds-A1b等位基因,占实验材料的23.5%;只携带2个优异等位基因(Ppo-D1a/Pod-A1b、Pod-A1b/Zds-A1b或Ppo-D1a/Zds-A1b)的材料共45份,占实验材料的52.9%。因此,晋东南小麦种质资源的高分子量谷蛋白亚基及籽粒硬度性状仍需进行遗传改良,而籽粒色泽性状却具有广泛的遗传多样性,可应用于育种实践。In order to reveal the genetic basis of wheat quality in southeast Shanxi,85 wheat varieties(lines)were analyzed using KASP markers of 7 major genes(Glu-A1,Glu-D1,Ppo-D1,Pod-A1,Zds-A1,Pina-D1 and Pinb-D1)related with a total of 3 quality traits.The results indicated that the excellent allelic variation frequencies of high-molecular-weight glutenin subunit(HMW-GS)genes of Glu-D1 and Glu-A1 were 1.2%and 23.5%,respectively,and only 17-9143 glutenin had 1/2*and 5+10 subunits.Only Chang 6990,21-9195 and 21-5725 carried the predominant allele of Pina-D1b at the Pina-D1 loci related to grain hardness,accounting for 3.5%of the tested materials.At Pinb-D1 loci,the predominant allele Pinb-D1b accounted for 43.5%.The predominant allelic variation of both Pina-D1 and Pinb-D1 was only carried by Chang 6990.In terms of pigment-related enzymes,the frequency of gene Ppo-D1 afor the low-activity polyphenol oxidase(PPO)was 89.4%,the frequency of gene Pod-A1b for the high-activity peroxidase was 40%,and the frequency of gene Zds-A1b for the high activity zeta-carotene desaturase(ZDS)was 70.6%.The 20 wheat collections,accounting for 23.5%of the tested ones,carried Ppo-D1a、Pod-A1b and Zds-A1b alleles.A total of 45 collections,accounting for 52.9%of the tested ones,carried 2 predominant alleles(Ppo-D1a/Pod-A1b,Pod-A1b/Zds-A1b or Ppo-D1a/Zds-A1b).Therefore,the HMW-GS and grain hardness traits of wheat germplasm resources in southeast Shanxi remain to be genetically improved,while the grain color traits have extensive genetic diversity,which can be applied to breeding practice.
