摘 要:为研究分子蒸馏法制备八角茴香油轻组分的最佳工艺参数,以水蒸气蒸馏法提取的八角茴香油为原料,选取刮板转速、真空度和蒸馏温度进行3因素3水平的正交实验,比较各因素不同水平组合下八角茴香油轻组分的得率、反式茴香脑含量和反式茴香脑的提取量。研究结果表明:影响八角茴香油轻组分得率的主次因素为:真空度>刮板转速>蒸馏温度,不同的真空度对八角茴香油轻组分得率的影响差异显著(P<0.05);影响八角茴香油轻组分反式茴香脑提取量的主次因素为:真空度>蒸馏温度>刮板转速;八角茴香油轻组分的GC-MS分析共鉴定出38个成分,主要为反式茴香脑、柠檬烯、芳樟醇、龙蒿脑、大茴香醛、茴香甙等;通过主成分分析(PCA)和系统聚类分析(HCA),八角茴香油轻组分与重组分间区分较为清晰,二者之间的挥发性成分存在规律性差异。In order to study the optimal process parameters for preparing the light components of star anise oil by molecular distillation extraction,star anise oil extracted by steam distillation was used.Three factors and three levels of orthogonal experiments were conducted,including scraping speed,vacuum degree,and distillation temperature.The yield of the light components of star anise oil under different levels was compared,and the content of trans-anethole was analyzed.The extraction amount of trans-anethole was calculated.Results indicated that these factors affecting the yield of the light components in star anise oil in sequence were vacuum degree>scraping speed>distillation temperature,the effect of vacuum degrees on the yield was significantly different(P<0.05);these factors in sequence affecting the extraction amount of trans-anethole,a main component of star anise oil,were vacuum degree>distillation temperature>scraping speed;GC-MS analysis results identified 38 components in the light components of star anise oil,mainly including trans-anethole,limonene,linalool,estragole,anisic aldehyde,4-methoxy-benzaldehyde and 1-(3-Methyl-2-butenoxy)-4-(1-propenyl)benzene;by principal component analysis(PCA)and hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA),the light and heavy components of star anise oil were relatively clear,and there were regular differences in the volatile components between them.
