摘 要:乡村民宿创客是兼具“主人”和“客人”双重身份的文化中间人,其可持续创业成功与否关系到乡村高质量发展。研究基于认同融合理论,选择广西特色民宿集群为案例地,运用半结构访谈法和主题分析法,探究乡村民宿创客如何通过文化中间人的身份认同促进多元认同融合,从而激发其可持续创业行为。研究发现:(1)乡村民宿创客同时追求显性经济目标与隐性文化目标,展现出双重创业动机;(2)乡村民宿创客的文化中间人身份认同激发了其地方认同;(3)乡村民宿创客地方认同感的深化促进了其个人认同与社会认同的融合,进而激发出可持续创业行为;(4)乡村民宿创客的个人能动性及与乡村的紧密联结,促进了认同融合。研究关注到乡村民宿创客这一重要的文化中间人群体,推进了认同融合理论的本土化应用,从传统主客对立的二元视角转向多元主体的认同融合研究,为乡村民宿高质量发展、以旅游业促进社会认同融合提供决策启示。Rural homestay Makers are cultural brokers with the dual roles of hosts and guests,and the success of their sustainable entrepreneurship is related to the high-quality development of the countryside.Based on the theory of identity fusion,the study selects the characteristic homestay clusters in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as a case study,employs semi-structured interviews and thematic analysis to explore how the cultural brokers status of rural homestay Makers promotes identity fusion,and then motivates sustainable entrepreneurial behavior.The findings are as follows:(1)Homestay Makers pursue both explicit economic goals and implicit cultural goals,demonstrating dual entrepreneurial motivations;(2)Their perception of being cultural brokers stimulates their place identity;(3)Place identity deepens the fusion of personal and social identities,further motivating sustainable entrepreneurial behavior;(4)Personal mobility and their connection with the countryside promote identity fusion.This study not only advances the localized application of identity fusion theory but also focuses on the important group of rural homestay Makers as cultural brokers.By shifting from the traditional dual perspective of host-guest opposition to the study of identity fusion among multiple subjects,it provides decision-making insights for the high-quality development of rural homestays and the promotion of social identity fusion through tourism.
